Who we are
CogniSales (in formation) is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website. Our business e-mail address will follow shortly. Until then, you can reach us by replying to the confirmation e-mail of your meeting.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are served from our own server. When you visit the site, no data is sent to other parties.
Visiting the website
Our web server does not keep a log of who views which page. Only in the event of a technical error may the server temporarily record an IP address so that we can fix the error. These messages are overwritten automatically.
Booking a meeting
If you book a demo via the button or the QR code, you go to Calendly. There you enter your name, your e-mail address, a time and, optionally, a short note. We only use this data to schedule and prepare the meeting and to stay in touch with you about CogniSales afterwards. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in arranging a meeting at your request (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Calendly
Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) processes the booking data on our behalf. Calendly participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which permits the transfer to the United States. Calendly’s own privacy and cookie policy also applies on Calendly’s pages.
How long we keep data
We keep booking data for as long as needed for the meeting and any follow-up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If you become a customer, the terms of the agreement apply.
Where the data is stored
The website runs on an OVHcloud server in the European Union.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Our business e-mail address will follow shortly. Until then, you can reach us by replying to the confirmation e-mail of your meeting. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
